Eduardo B Batalla, JRT Lim Boulevard, Zamboanga City. The activity started with a prayer led by PCMS Kahalan S kalinggalan, Finance PNCO for spiritual guidance ,likewise discussed issues and concerns of each section and their accomplishments.
