PLTCOL REGIDOR JOHN D FLORA, Acting Chief,RCEU9 conducted Weekly Police Information Continuing Education (PICE) to all available personnel held at RCEU9 Administrative Office, Camp BGen. Eduardo B Batalla, JRT Lim Boulevard, Zamboanga City. The activity started with a prayer led by PSMS Elbert P Rivera, PAS/Radio Technician and memoranda were disseminated to different section for their compliances, and likewise discussed issues and concern and accomplishments of this unit.
