Personnel of this Unit led by PEMS Ferdinand, ESPO, conducted Community Outreach Gift Giving Program sponsored by the generous heart of PCMS Almashier J Taballang,RCEU9 personnel thru distribution of 5 kilos bag of rice to 42 Grade 1 students of Sta. Barbara Elementary School, barangay Sta. Barbara, Zamboanga City this is in support to the 5-focused Agenda of the CPNP.
